What are the quality requirements for non-woven fabrics used in packaging?

Non woven fabric production enterprises, in order to ensure supply capacity during the peak production season, always attach too much importance to production volume and neglect quality. Once product quality problems occur, it will not only increase rework and generate additional costs, but also affect the reputation of the enterprise, ultimately directly affecting the market reputation and market share of non-woven fabric enterprises!
The non-woven fabric used for packaging should meet the following quality requirements:

Uniform thickness

Good non-woven fabrics do not have a significant difference in thickness when exposed to light; Poor fabric will appear very uneven, and the texture contrast of the fabric will be greater. This greatly reduces the load-bearing capacity of the fabric. At the same time, fabrics with poor hand feel will feel very hard and not soft.

Strong tensile resistance

The fabric produced in this way has weak tensile resistance and is difficult to restore. The texture feels that the fabric is thicker and harder, but not softer. In this case, the load-bearing capacity is poor, and the decomposition difficulty will be much greater, which is not environmentally friendly.

Line spacing

The optimal force requirement for fabric texture is 5 stitches per inch, so that the sewn bag is aesthetically pleasing and has strong load-bearing capacity. The thread spacing of non-woven fabric is less than 5 stitches per inch, which has poor load-bearing capacity.

Gram number

The weight here refers to the weight of non-woven fabric within 1 square meter, and the heavier the weight, the more non-woven fabric will be used, naturally becoming thicker and stronger.
